1- Installing Urban VPN

1. Go to the link Urban VPN forChrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/urban-vpn-proxy/eppiocemhmnlbhjplcgkofciiegomcon
2. Click on “Add to Chrome” and then confirm the installation.
3. Once installed, the Urban VPN icon will appear at the top right of the browser.

2- Connecting to a server in Hong Kong

1. Click on the Urban VPN icon.
2. Select Hong Kong from the list of countries.
3. Press “Connect”.
4. Wait for the connection to be established (the icon turns green).

3- Activating Office 365 with the key

1. Open a new window
2. Go to the Microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com
3. Log in to your Microsoft account.
4. Go to the product activation page : https://office.com/setup
5. Enter your activation key and click “Next”.
6. Confirm the activation. If the key is valid, Office 365 will be linked to your account.

4- Disconnecting from the VPN

1. Once Office is activated, you can disconnect Urban VPN.
2. Office 365 will work normally without a VPN.

Note:

📌 If you have an existing active subscription, you must wait for it to expire first. If it just expired, please add the new subscription!

Make sure to cancel your subscription from the Microsoft Subscription website for Microsoft 365.
